Low Sodium Wheat Bread (for machine)

Introduction

I'm just testing this, trying to find lower-salt recipes. If it works, I'll add different ingredients to make it more scrumptious (seeds, etc.). So check later. Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup warm water (110 degrees)
    2 Tbsp white sugar
    1 (.25 oz) pkg machine yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    NO salt, unless you are not restricted. (suggested salt=1 tsp)

Directions

Put the water, sugar and yeast in the pan of the bread machine. Let it dissolve and foam for 10 minutes. Add the oil and flours (and salt if using) to the pan. Set the machine for Basic and press "start".

Serving Size: Cut loaf into 10 slices, then cut each in half again. Small, but healthy!
