225g (unccoked weight) linguine
I vegetable stock cube
I onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
115g lean mince
1 small red chilli, finely sliced
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
fresh ground black pepper
chopped chives to garnish
Meanwhile cook the linguine in a large pan of boiling water with the vegetable stock cube for extra flavour.
Add the sliced chilli, passata and herbs to meat mixture, season with black pepper and continue cooking for 15-20 mins until the sauce thickens.
Drain the linguine and pour into a warmed serving dish. Spoon the sauce on top and garnish with chopped chives.
Add grated cheese if likes (not included in nutrition figures)
