dee pizza dough crust

Introduction

warm water about 110 degrees 1 and 1/2 cups , mix with yeast 1 pkg and 1 tsp sugar and let it foam

then add 3 and 1/4 cups flour, 5 tablespoons oil, salt 1 tsp mix well
let rise and then punch down after it doubles and let it do it again

flour area and mix some flour into it and make a ball I make 3 balls and use a 12 or 16 inch pizza pan and use smaller pans

Directions

place in cold oven at 450 degrees ....

I add my marina sauce and with hubby low fat skim mozzerolla cheese

I eat it just with sauce or with veggies and sauce it depends on my mood
