Spicy Chicken Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, Chopped, 5 cup
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 5 cup, shredded or chopped
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
    Black Olives, 15 jumbo (chopped)
    Tortilla Chips, 4 oz (crushed)
    Chicken Breast,,bonless/skinless 1 lb
    Hidden Valley Southwest Ranch Dressing, 4 serving
    Salsa, 1 cup

Directions

1) Cook chicken all the way through (aprox 15-20 min) on medium heat. (season if you wish) Then Set Aside

2) In a large bowl mix the chopped spinach and lettuce, olives, chips, cheese, and salsa.

3) Cut chicken into pieces and then toss into salad mix.

4) add 4 servings of Dressing and mix well

5) Serve and enjoy
