Banana Nut Power Muffins

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Salt, 0.50 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp
    Oats, 2 cup
    Apple Sauce - All Natural, 2 serving
    Athenos Greek Strained Nonfat Yogurt, 1 serving
    Vi-Shape Shake, 12 serving
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Salt, 1/2 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Divide into 12 cupcakes (w/ or w/out liners) using 1/4 cup of batter per cupcake (if there is some left over, just try to distribute it evenly)

Bake at 350 for 25 minues
