Introduction

Good basic omelette for a high protein breakfast Good basic omelette for a high protein breakfast
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    1 cup sliced onions
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet
Saute onions until just soft
Beat eggs, add1 tsp water
Add eggs to onions in skillet
when one side is done, flip omelette to other side
add cheese
fold omelette
can serve with Frank's Red Hot for some heat

Serving Size: Makes 1 large omelette
