Ingredients

    Jalapeno Peppers, 13 peppers cut in half - remove some seeds
    Low fat cream cheese, 70 grams
    Pork skins, plain, .50 oz - crushed
    Cheddar Cheese, 5 oz - shredded

    Soften the cream cheese, crush the pork rinds, mix together with cheese and some Adobo seasoning and hot sauce to taste. Fill jalepeno's (cut them in half, remove seeds to taste).

    In oven at 375 for 10 minutes then broil until tops are browned.
