Kitchen Sink Turkey Veggie Meatloaf

Introduction

Tasty Meatloaf; great use of ground turkey, and the extra kick of healthy veggies! Tasty Meatloaf; great use of ground turkey, and the extra kick of healthy veggies!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Package Honeysuckle White Premium Ground Turkey
    20 Saltines
    2 Large Eggs
    1 Envelope Lipton's Mushroom Onion Soup Mix - Dry
    1/4 Cup Catsup
    1/4 Cup Diced Onion
    1 Plum Tomato, diced
    1 Large Stalk Celery, diced
    1/2 Cup diced fresh Mushrooms
    Season with Ground Black Pepper, and Mrs. Dash to Taste

Directions

Dice all ingredients, mix together with meat, saltines, eggs, etc. Place in bread pan or casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 Minutes, pull out and top with a little reserved Catsup and finish baking the last 15 minutes. Serve while hot!

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 2" Slices (Large Servings)
