Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 2 can (10.75 oz)
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    poblano pepper, 2 serving
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato
    Tomatillos, 4 medium
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields

Directions

Broil vegetables. Remove all skins. Puree in blender with a bit of chicken broth. Add mixture to all broth in soup pot. Boil 10-15 minutes.
Makes 10 1 cup servings.
You may garnish with tortilla strips, avocado, and mexican cheese (not included in nutritional values)
