Ingredients

    1. 1 can pumpkin paree
    2. 1/4 Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    3. 1/8 cup Splenda for Baking Blend
    4. 1/8 cup light maple syrup
    5. 1/2 cup light sour cream
    6. 1/2 cup half-and-half
    7. 2 eggs
    8. 1 tsp cinnamon
    9. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    10. 1/4 tsp salt
    11. 1/8 tsp ground cloves
    Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F. Dump all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until thoroughly combined.
Pour the mixture into buttered individual ramekins.
Bake for 15 min at 425F, then reduce heat to 350F and bake for 45 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool for 1 hour beofre serving.
