Ingredients

    * Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)
    * Cheese - Kraft 2% Mozzarella shredded, 0.5 cup
    * BOB'S RED MILLŪ Flaxseed, Whole, uncooked, 1 tbsp
    * egg white, fresh, 6 large

Directions

Bake 20-30 minutes at 450.
Add toppings.
Broil 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown.
