Pork and Radish Kilawin

Ingredients

    3 oz pork loin
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black peppercorns
    3 tbsp canola oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp garlic chopped
    3 cloves garlic

Directions

Cut pork loin into strips and place in a non-metal bowl. Add vinegar, salt, peppercorns, and marinate for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade.

Heat oil in casserole. Saute garlic onions, and pork until brown. Add reserve marinade and bring to a boil. Simmer until meat is tender, about 15 to 25 minutes.
