Ingredients

    college inn light and fat free chicken broth (48oz)
    crockery gourmet seasoning mix
    1 lb baby carrots
    4 stalks celery
    1 1.5 lb bag of blushing bell baby potatoes
    2 lbs chicken

Directions

put chicken breast in crock pot. add potatoes, carrots and celery. mix chicken broth with seasoning and pour over chicken and veggies. set crock pot on low for 7 hours.
