3/4 cup Honey Nut Cheerios (for the count here, I used Great Value Honey Nut Spins as it's what I had on hand)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2-3 slices of apple, chopped (roughly 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp honey
You can eat this like a true parfait, with a taste of each layer at a time, or you could eat it like I did - all mixed up and happy together.
