Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup all natural unsalted almond or peanut butter
    1 cup brown rice syrup
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
    1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries or cherries
    3 cups puffed cereal (kashi 7 grain)
    1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/3 quinoa flakes
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 scoops optimum nutrition all natural vanilla protein powder (optional)

Directions

1.Lightly coat 13x9 pan w cooking spray
2. in a large saucepan, heat nut butter and rice syrup over low heat until bubbles begin to form. add vanilla.
3. in meantime mix together dry ingredients in seperate bowl.
4. stir dry ingredients into saucepan until well incorporated
5. when mixture is cool enough to handle, press into prepared pan and cool completely (in fridge)
6. cut into 24 bars and wrap.
