summer squash, diced
green pepper, chopped
Organic diced tomatoes, 2 cans
garbanzo beans, soaked over night
pintos, soaked overnight
red beans, soaked overnight
TVP added in the last 15 minutes for texture.
put it all in a 6qt slow-cooker.
add 4 cups water and all ingredients
will be very full. Don't worry the veg will cook down.
Cook on high for 5 hours, then low for 3-5 until done.
Add TVP and yeast the last 15 minutes. Tastes even better after sitting in the fridge for a day!
