The calories differ depending on how much you put on. Go without the Feta and add more meat! The nutritional info is on the high side due to the splitting of the sauce 4 ways and there is really more chicken than 4 servings. So, I calculate - depending on a few factors- around 500-600 per serving.

Ingredients

    This is Awesome! Just like the greek restaurant.

    The calories differ depending on how much you put on. There are way more than 4 servings here if you want a good lighter meal. Go without the Feta and add more meat! The nutritional info shown is on the high side due to the splitting of the sauce and chicken 4 ways. The sauce is more like 8 servings and the chicken as well. So, I calculate - depending on a few factors- around 500-600 per serving.

    Sauce: **2 TBS of this is about 52 calories, 5g Fat, .6 protein, 1 carb**
    •1 cup sour cream 478 calories
    •2/3 cup peeled and grated cucumber – sit for 5 minutes and drain
    •1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    •1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
    •˝ tsp Garlic Gold 10 ca;
    •1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    •2.5 TBS Olive oil 180 cal

    Marinade: this basically has no calories
    •3/4 C Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad dressing, I use Walden
    Farms- no cals
    •3 TBS Lemon Juice
    •1 TBS dried Oregano
    •1/2 tsp black pepper

    --4 Chicken Breasts Skinned, Boneless 2 oz is about 115 calories, 4 Fat, 15 protein approx

    Toppings to taste:
    •Onions
    •Feta Cheese 2TBS 80 cals, 6gFat, 1.2 Carb and 4 Protein
    •Tomato
    •Olives 15 Cals
    •Lettuce
    ***Flat Bread around 260 cals.

Directions

Marinade
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Place Chicken in Marinade in plastic bag and seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Sauce:
1. Peel, seed and grate the cucumber. Set aside for 5 minutes and then drain off excess water.
2. Combine the sour cream, cucumber, garlic, dill, mustard, and garlic powder in a bowl; stir to combine. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour before putting on gyros.
** I have heard it is better overnight, place a piece of bread on the top to absorb excess moisture. **

Cooking:
3. Preheat oven to 400 F or so - as you like. Aluminum line a pan broiler.
4. Take chicken out of bag, put on broiler pan, pour the remaining maridnade on the chicken.
5. Cook chicken until done ( I use 400 for 10-15 minutes a side or depending on size).
6. Cool chicken for about 10 minutes and slice lenghwise.

Prepare:
1. Grill the pitas for about 2 minutes or so.
2. Put sliced chicken on pitas, I use about 2 oz .
3. Top with 2 TBS sauce, 2 TBS of Feta, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pepperoncini

---------Fold and enjoy.
