Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 links sausage
    6 egg whites
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups half and half
    1 1/2 teaspon dry mustard
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    6 oz. shredded cabots 75% reduced fat chedder
    1/2 cup green pepper


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
1. Cut sausage ubti 1/2 inch cubes. set aside. Plave eggs cream, dry mustard, salt and black pepper in a large bowl and whisk undill smooth.
2. Stir in sausage, 1 cup cheese and green pepper. Pour egg mixture into a greased 13X9 pan.
3. Bake 40-45minutes or until eggs are set. Prinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Let stand 5 mnutes before serving.
