Ingredients



    * Neufchatel Cheese 1/3 less fat than cream cheese, 8 oz (1 package)
    * Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    * Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s) (1 packet)
    * Barilla Whole Grain Rotini, 7 serving (1 box)
    * Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Spray your stoneware pot with non-stick spray. Layer the chicken breasts on the bottom of the pot. Sprinkle on the Italian Dressing mix. Cube the cream cheese and add it to the chicken, followed by the soup on top. Pour in the water. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours (6-8 hours on Low). Mix with either a wooden spoon or an electric mixer.

Just prior to eating time, boil the rotini per instructions on packaging.
