6 cups Broccoli, flowerets
1 cup chopped raw Onions
1 cup raw Carrots strips or slices
4 cups 99% fat free chicken stock
1 tbsp Curry powder
Add the broccoli, curry powder and chicken stock and simmer until the broccoli and carrots are soft.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
