Ingredients

    *Corn Whole Kernel Great Value No Salt Added-1 can
    *Kuner's Black Beans no salt added,1 can
    *Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 1 can
    Cucumber (with peel), 1/2 cucumber
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" whole pepper diced
    Lime Juice, 3 lime yields
    Parsley, .25 cup chopped
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped
    **McCormick ground cumin, 1 tbsp
    *Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Chop veggies
Open/drain/rinse canned veggies
Dump into large bowl and mix together.

This salsa can be served immediately but is best when it sits over night :)
