Ingredients

    1 tube Organic Sundried tomato polenta
    1/4 cup low fat ricotta
    1/4 cup non fat greek yogurt
    1/2 cup shredded parmesan

Directions

soften polenta with ricotta and yogurt over medium heat in sauce pan

blend to make desired consistency

add cheese
