One Sided Ciabatta Burger

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Half a Ciabatta Bread Roll

    4 oz. of Lean Beef

    ½ Tbsp. Light Butter

    Lettuce

    Pickles

    1 Tbsp light mayo

Directions

Grill beef into a thin patty on George Forman Gill ( add whatever seasonings desired)

Butter your half of a Ciabatta Bread Roll with your ½ Tbsp. of butter and put in the oven until butter is melted and bread is “crisp.”

Add 4 oz. burger and your burger toppings including the mayo to your half of the Ciabatta Bread Roll.

"I usually serve this with a side of Sweet Potato Fries"
