Introduction

This is a very old receipe. I subsituted macaroni for rice.
If you are going to add rice,use 1 cup.

Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 2 oz (remove)
    Ground beef, lean, 2 oz (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 61 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Water, tap, 32 fl oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)
    Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 1 slice (remove)

Directions

Add everything to the meat except the pasta & the tomatoes sauce. Form meatballs,place in boiling water.Let them cook until done, then add the pasta & tomatoe sauce,until pasta is done.
Serve with flour tortillas! MMMMMMM
