Banana Yogurt Bread

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c Splenda
    1 c plain greek yogurt ( vanilla flavor works too)
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c very ripe banana, mashed
    2 Tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 c flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Blend Splenda and yogurt together.
Add eggs, vanilla and banana.
Mix very well.
Add dry ingredients and mix.
Pour into lightly sprayed loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes.

You could add walnuts. U could also sustitute egg beaters for the eggs to lower the calories some more too.
