2 1/3 cup bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
1 can of Members marck Chicken Breast (Sams club brand) I drained it and it weighs about 6-7 ounces
1 can of campbells cream of chicken soup
1 cup of 1% milk (you can use fat free for the milk- it will reduce calories accordingly)
