Ingredients

    3 whole wheat tortillas or wraps
    2-3 asparagus spears, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped russet potato
    1/2 cup chopped red or yellow bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped broccoli
    1-2 tsp italian herb seasoning
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbs extra light olive oil

Directions

saute vegetables, garlic and herbs in olive oil until tender. spoon into tortillas or wraps, roll up and enjoy.
