Ingredients

    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Almonds, 20 almond (remove) - slivered
    *Fish Sauce, Thai Kitchen premium, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, .25 fl oz (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed (remove)
    *Red Chili Pepper Flakes, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cornstarch, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

chop all veggies
add to heated pan
saute for a few mins
add chicken broth
add remaining ingredients
cook until desired tenderness
