Broccoli Casseroli

Ingredients

    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    4 cups steamed broccoli
    1 cup cooked sliced mushrooms
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup low fat cheddar cheese shredded
    1/4 cup low fat milk

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Spray frying pan with non stick cooking spray. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Transfer to casserole dish. Add Broccoli, and mushrooms and mix together. In a medium bowl mix together mushroom soup, cheese and milk. Pour over broccoli mixture and bake for 45 min. Enjoy!
