JN Pasta, Tomatoes and Vegetables

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 28 oz can low sodium tomatoes
    1 can soy beans, low sodium
    1 can Blue Menu Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper soup
    1 454g package whole wheat pasta
    2 lbs mixed vegetables
    seasonings of choice (curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, whatever you like)

Directions

Cook pasta separately according to package directions.

Heat soup and tomatoes until simmering. Add beans and frozen vegetables. Cook until everything is hot. Add seasonings. (I used onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper.) Drain pasta and mix together. Serve.

My kids said that if I want them to eat vegetables, this is the way to serve them.
