IntroductionEasy meal with out to much mess. Easy meal with out to much mess.
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, diced
Egg white, 2
Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
Milk, nonfat, 1/3 cup
Salsa, 0.5 cup
Jiffy Corn Bread Mix,
Yellow Sweet Corn, frozen 1 cup
Ground beef, lean, 1/2 pound
garlic 3 cloves.
Mix salsa, Bell peppers, corn, garlic and onions in to the meat.
In a 8' square put meat mixture and cover in a thin layer of cheese.
Mix up your corn bread mix with egg whites and milk according to box and pour over meat.
Cook for 20-25 min
