Ingredients

    1 cup mashed potato
    1/2 cup cooked carrots
    1/2 cup cup frozen peas
    2 oz cooked ground roast beef
    2 tbs. raw diced cooking onion
    3/4 cup beef gravy
    Dash of salt
    Dash of pepper

Directions

Mix the peas, carrots, onion and beef with the gravy, top with left-over mashed potato. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
