Ingredients

10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
2 Tblsp water
2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Garlic Herb or French Onion cheese
Directions
Place spinach in a microwaveable bowl with water. Microwave spinach on high setting for 8 minutes stirring about half-way through the cooking time. Remove from the microwave and add the cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Makes 2 servings.
