Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
Carrots, cooked, 24 tbsp
Turkey breast meat, roasted and shredded shredded 10 ounce(s)
salt ,pepper and onion powder to taste
Thaw spinach and drain.
Shred cooked turkey.
Puree cooked carrots.
Add browned turkey, spinach, pureed carrots and shredded turkey to a soup pot.
Add 4 cups of chicken broth and let simmer for 10 minutes to marry flavors.
Add salt ,pepper and onion powder to taste.
Serving Size: makes 16 1/2-cup servings
