1 can crab
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
Juice of half a lemon
1 green onion, finely diced
1 small stalk celery, finely diced
1 tomato, sliced (4 slices)
2. Drain the crab. Place in small bowl along with the onion, celery, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add pepper to taste.
3. Spoon half of the mixture in each avocado half. Serve with 2 tomato slices on the side.
