T Whole Wheat Rye Protein Bread (1/16 loaf, 60 calories)

Introduction

Put wet ingredients into bread machine first, then add dry ingredients ending with the yeast. Process on roll setting. Depending on climate conditions, you may have to add a couple of tablespoons of water or flour. When cycle is complete place dough into bread pan, letting it raise to fill the pan.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until temperature in center of the loaf exceeds 200 degrees.

    * Vital wheat gluten, 54 grams (remove)
    * *Rye flour, light, .5 cup (remove)
    * *Flour - Unbleached White Whole Wheat, .75 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Oat Bran, .125 cup (remove)
    * Salt, 2 dash (remove)
    * *active dry yeast, 5 tsp (remove)

Directions

After bread machine roll setting, let raise in loaf pan, then bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Temperature of loaf will be 200 degrees when done.
