Breaded Chicken Cutlets in Olive Oil

Ingredients

    Chicken breast , boneless~ chicken tenders are great , pound them thin.

    1/2 cup Bread crumbs

    2 tablespoons Pecorino Romano cheese, grated finely

    Rosemary
    Italian Herbs

    2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

    Egg & milk for dipping

Directions

Pound chicken tenders between plastic wrap & cutting board, dip in mixture of one beaten egg & milk,
then dip in bread crumb mixture consisting of Breadcrumbs, seasonings, & Pecorin Romano.

Let rest on a plate for 5 minutes, heat olive oil in pan, fry on medium until golden brown, & cooked through.

Drain on paper towels.

Serving Size: Serving size is about 4 1/2 oz
