Ingredients

    * Egg, fresh, 3 large
    * Spinach, fresh, 6 cup
    * Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded
    * Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp
    * *Milk - Whole Milk 3.25% (ml), 6 oz
    * *Olive Oil, Kirkland, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * *whole wheat pie crust, frozen whole, 396 gram
    * *Pine Nuts, .25 cup
    * Garlic, 2 clove
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Sage, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

preheat oven to 350 F. remove crust from freezer. poke holes in the bottom with a fork. bake crust in oven for 7 minutes. remove. toast pine nuts. set aside. in large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. add spinach, minced garlic, salt, pepper and sage. saute until spinach is wilted. remove from heat and let cool. in a large bowl whisk milk and eggs. add cheeses, pine nuts and spinach. pour into crust. bake 45 minutes until set.
