Ingredients

    315 g drained home-cooked chick peas w/o NaCl
    60 g (4 T) tahini
    20 g lemon juice ( 2 T)
    2 garlic cloves
    20 g (2 T) H2O
    Pinch of sea salt, to taste (not included in nutrition calcs

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 14 - 30 gram servings
