.1 Cup *Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 CupFlour, white
1/3 Butter, salted
2 Cups Splenda
1 Cup Blueberries, fresh
1 Cup Blackberries, fresh
1 Cup 2% Milk
2 Cups Boiling water
Mix 1 cup sugar and butter together. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture to suagr and butter and blend together. Line 8 x 12 dish with mixture. Place 2 cups berries over mixture and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of sugar. Pour 2 cups boiling water over top and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with cream, whipped topping, ice cream or plain.
