* Plain Nonfat Yogurt, .5 cup
* Sugar Free Frozen Berry Medley, .25 cup
* Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
* Maple Syrup, 1/2 tbsp
* Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1-2 packets
You can use your favorite nonfat yogurt but I prefer plain with no added sugars. I make it for my husband and add 1 tablespoon of slivered almonds.
