Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 (8oz) box of Zatarain's Jambalaya mix (red. sodium)
    1 (14oz) package of Hillshire Farm lite polska kielbasa
    1 green bell pepper
    1 small/medium onion
    1 red bell pepper
    1 cup of shredded carrot

Directions

Prepare rice according to box instructions. In a seperate pan coated with cooking spray saute onions, carrots and peppers. Cut kielbasa up into 1/4 in slices and add to veggie pan. Cook until the meat is heated through and the veggies are tender. Add rice to veggie/meat mixture and stir. Serve.
