A yummy way to get some added protein and good omega fats. Be sure to use whey that is free of bovine growth hormone! This drink keeps me feeling full for hours. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 scoop whey protein (vanilla or chocolate)
    1 cup Tempt hemp milk (no sugar added)
    1 scoop Hemp Pro protein powder
    1/4 cup coconut milk
    Sweetener
    Flavorings (optional - coffee crystals, almond extract, coconut extract, peppermint extract, etc)
    1 scoop (4T) Benefiber

Directions

Add all ingredients into blender
Add ice (about 8-10 cubes)
Whir till smooth
Drink slowly to avoid ice-cream headache!

OR
Just add ingredients to shaker bottle, no ice, shake and enjoy! Yum!
