Whole Wheat Crepes

Ingredients

    1.5 c. Milk
    3 Eggs
    1tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Country Crock Shedds Spread Light
    1 tsp Splenda Blend
    1 cup Wheat Flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl, refrigerate for 30 min. Spray butter in pan and add about 1/2 cup of mixture, spread by rolling around in pan to make thin, turn after browned.
Serving Size:†Makes approx 9 12" crepes
