Slow Cooker Ranch Beef

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients


    * Garlic, 0.25 cup
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.50 cup, chopped
    * Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.50 cup
    * Beef brisket, 1 piece
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)
    * Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup

Directions

Spray crock with non-stick spray. Place beef in bottom of crock. Slice top of beef and pour over/push in 1/4 cup minced garlic into the beef. Pour your cup of water into the bottom of the pot around the beef but not on it.

Roughly chop the peppers, potatoes (washed) and add to bottom of crock around roast with the green beans (drained). Sprinkle packet of Ranch mix over entire mixture.

Cover and cook on Low for many many hours.
