Maple Country Ribs

Ingredients

    3 lbs country style ribs
    1 cup pure maple syrup
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup ketchup
    3 Tablespoons lemon juice
    1/4 tspn each salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon

Directions

Place ribs in a large kettle. Cover with water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Drain Place ribs in greased 13 x 9 pan. Combine remaining ingredients, pour half over ribs. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender, basting with remaining sauce
