IntroductionThis is a nice snack with crackers or veggies. This is a nice snack with crackers or veggies.
1/2 cup fresh edamame, shelled
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
5 basil leaves or to taste
With motor running, add olive oil.
Add water to desired consistency. If you like a smooth spread then add more water.
Add basil leaves to taste.
Serve as spread with crackers, multi-grain bread or with crudites.
