Ingredients

    1.5 lb chopped beef tenderloin
    1.5 c. raw carrots peeled and chopped
    8-10 potatos peeled and diced
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. celery
    1 c. canned corn
    1 can diced tomoatoes
    2 T. beef stock

Directions

place raw meat in crockpot on high with onion and beef stock and 5 c. of water. Cook for 6 hours.
Add the rest fo the vegetables, let cook 2 more hours.
Season to taste
Makes 15 2 c. servings
