    leftover meat from roast chicken
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can black beans (drained)
    1 cup leftover rice
    5 cloves garlic
    a bunch chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

put all ingredients in covered casserole Bake in preheated 325 oven for 45 to 60 minutes
