IntroductionGarlic Shrimp & Rice Garlic Shrimp & Rice
* Shrimp, raw, 40 medium
* Scallions, raw, 8 medium (4-1/8" long)
* Garlic, .5 cup
* Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
* Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
* White Rice, long grain, 3 cup
* Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Heat wok-like pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and scallions. Saute these until your mouth starts to water, then add the shrimp and soy sauce. Cook on medium until the shrimp is cooked.
Boil water and cook rice.
